Optical instruments-Requirements for rooms, equipment and places of work
The room used for cleaning optical parts should be clean, bright, dry, warm, and the indoor temperature does not change dramatically. The above conditions can cause attachments on the surface of optical parts and rust on the surface of metal parts.
The walls and ceiling of the room should be painted white and the floor should be covered with linoleum. The workbench is paved with glass. The floor shall be wiped with a damp cloth no less than twice during the working hours of a shift.
Before starting work, the room must be ventilated so as not to cause dust-laden airflow when cleaning optical parts.
The working place shall be well lit. The workbench is best placed in front of the window. A table lamp with a Milky White or frosted bulb of 75 to 100 watts should be provided on the workbench, because the cleaning of the inspection optical parts is best carried out under astigmatism.
When cleaning optical parts, workers should wear clean white work clothes.
